We're currently an online store. We don't have any retail locations at this time.
2. How do I know what size to order?
All shirts are listed by U.S. standards and are true to size. This means if you wear a men's size Large, you should order a Large. Please see more information about Our Shirts here.
3. How are my shirts packaged?
Shirts are packaged in Poly Mailer envelopes which provide extra protection from punctures, tearing and moisture.
4. Do your t-shirts run true to size?
We use the same high quality Men's Alstyle t-shirts that fit true to size just like any other other streetwear brands.

5. How do I care for my t-shirts from Shewz.com?
In order to get the most life out of your sneaker clothing, be sure to wash your shirt inside out with like colors in cold water. It's best to hang dry your shirt to avoid shrinkage, but you can tumble dry on low heat. If needed, iron your shirt inside out. DO NOT iron directly over graphic.
6. What payment methods does Shewz.com accept?
We use PayPal's secure payment processing to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal payments. You DO NOT need to create a PayPal account if you use your credit card.
7. Is my payment to Shewz.com secure?
To confirm, all payments are done online through the 100% secured "https" PayPal server. PayPal is an eBay company with industry leading security to protect your financial information and is trusted world wide. Shewz.com will never get your credit card number.
8. Why won't Shewz.com ship shirts to a location other than my billing address?
PayPal requires a signature in order for most orders to be delivered. Because our clothing is so popular, we make every effort to prevent credit card fraud, Shewz.com will only send shirts to the billing address. We apologize for any inconvenience.
9. Does Shewz.com ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS! If your country is not listed as an option, please CONTACT US HERE immediately.
10. How long will it take before I receive my order?
As stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy, shirts usually ship in 3-7 business days from the day you place your order on Shewz.com (excluding pre-orders).
11. I've made a mistake with my order but I've already submitted it, what should I do?
If your order has already been submitted, you CANNOT cancel your order. Please ask all questions before placing your order. For all inquiries, CONTACT US HERE. Also, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for further details.
12. If there is a problem with the shirts I've received, what should I do
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. We will only accept returns if we sent a shirt size other than what's on the order.
13. Why was my order canceled by Shewz.com?
There are two reasons why an order would be canceled by Shewz.com:
A) Your billing address doesn't match your shipping address.
OR
B) The t-shirts you have ordered were recently sold out. Certain styles are very popular and are in limited supply. Be sure to visit us often as we add new shirts and crew necks all the time.
In either case, Shewz.com will notify you via email if your order has been canceled.
14. Why haven't I received my refund yet?
If your order is returned due to non-delivery, a refund of your purchase price will be issued MINUS YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING, and only once the t-shirt is returned to us. We process all approved refunds within 3 business days. If you paid using PayPal, all refunds are immediate and you should see them in your account.
If you paid using a credit card, refunds are not instant. All credit card transactions are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, at 12:00am. Once your refund has been processed by your credit card company, your issuing bank must accept the refund, then post the funds to your account. If it's been longer than 14 business days, and the funds are still not showing on your credit card, please contact us and we will provide you with the transaction ID so that you may contact your issuing bank and inquire about the funds.
